Virginia "Ginny" Weber

February 7, 1934 — August 10, 2025

   Virginia "Ginny" Weber, a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend, was born on February 7, 1934, in Richwoods, Missouri, a daughter to the late Mary Emiline (Boyer) DeClue and Cleatus Francis DeClue. Ginny passed away peacefully on August 10, 2025, having reached the age of 91 years. Ginny’s life was a testament to her family-oriented spirit, as she continually had others in her thoughts and prayers, embodying love and care in every aspect of her life.

   Throughout her journey, Ginny tended to her garden with great passion, surrounding herself with all types of flowers, which brought her immense joy. Her grandchildren were the light of her world, providing her with endless affection and pride. Besides her familial joy, she found pleasure in watching crime shows such as Criminal Minds and movies on Hallmark channel.

   Ginny's caring nature and commitment to her family will be cherished by her loved ones. She is survived by her two daughters, Diana Stephens and husband John of Benton, IL, and Linda Sutton of Ballwin, MO. She also leaves behind her sisters, Irene Villmer of Richwoods, MO, Cecilia Files of House Springs, MO, Shirley Pelton of Lonedell, MO, Carolyn Pahlmann of Pacific, MO, Linda Boyster of Richwoods, MO, and Dorothy DeClue of Richwoods, MO. In addition to her immediate family, Ginny is survived by her beloved grandchildren, Kevin, Jason, Whitney, Christina, and Heather, alongside many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear and special friends.

   Ginny was preceded in death by her son, Roger Weber; her parents, her grandson, Chris; as well as her brothers Thomas, Charles, and Danny DeClue; and her sisters Bernice DeClue, Betty James, and Lillie Arnold.

   Ginny’s legacy of love, care, and devotion will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. She leaves behind many precious memories that will continue to live in the hearts of her friends and family.
