Vickie Lynn Worthen, age 76, of Potosi, MO, passed away Thursday, July 9, 2026.

Arrangements are being handled by Moore Funeral Homes Potosi, MO where the family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Friday, July 17, 2026 and from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM, Saturday, July 18, 2026. Funeral services will be at St. James Catholic Church at 11:00 AM, Saturday, July 18, 2026. Interment will be at Caledonia Methodist Cemetery, Caledonia, MO.
In lieu of flowers, the family request and strongly suggest memorial offerings be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at 501 ST Jude PL Memphis, TN 38105.
