Regina Joann Kelley of Irondale, Missouri was born Wednesday, September 6, 1961, in Chicago, IL a daughter to the late Janet Joann (Williams) Wright and Thomas Carol Wright. Regina passed away Monday, September 21, 2026.

She is survived by her husband Clyde Kelley. Clyde and Regina were united in marriage on September 19, 1992. She is also survived by her daughters: Jenni Kelley and Kevin Martin, AmiJo Burch and Kevin Bolton; sons: Kenny "Peewee" Burch Jr. and wife Jennifer, Casey Kelley and wife Tenaya, Joe Kelley and Rhi; brothers, Rob Denny, Steve Wright and wife Angie, Tommy Wright and wife Rhonda; sisters, Niney Redmond and husband Garry, Sheri Marler and husband Vince, Lisa Rhodes and husband David; grandchildren: Caleb, Kyrsten, Kayleigh, Jayden, Ashton, Kanden, Amaya, Keegan, Quinton, C. J., Carter, Kody, and Kalissa, great grandchild: Whitley.

Regina is also survived by many loving brothers and sisters-in-laws that held a very special place in her heart along with many nieces and nephews.

Regina was preceded in death by mother, Joann Wright and father, Carol Wright and granddaughter, Kayla Bolton.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
