Michael Charles Caraway

   Michael Charles Caraway, a beloved son, brother, father, grandfather, and friend, was born on May 24, 1954, in Torrance, California and departed this life July 27, 2025.

   Throughout his life, Michael displayed a passionate love for music, relishing every moment spent playing the guitar and piano. He found great joy in the simple pleasures of life, often found watching his favorite shows like Jeopardy and Gunsmoke. His affinity for nature was evident in his pastime of feeding and observing the birds and squirrels that graced his backyard. Above all, he cherished the time he spent with his family and friends, cultivating strong bonds that would last a lifetime.

   Michael is survived by his son, Dylan Caraway; his sister, Carla Sullins; and his half-brothers, Jackie Caraway and James Caraway, along with his wife Felicia Caraway. HE is also survived by his grandchildren, Jayden and Raegan. Michael shared a special bond with his good friend, Damane Johnson, and leaves behind many other relatives and dear friends who will remember him fondly.

   He was preceded in death by his cherished son, Eugene Caraway, as well as his mother Ruby (Miles) Caraway and father Virgil Caraway. Michael was also preceded by his brother, Steven Caraway, and sister, Vana Russell.

   Michael's warm spirit, and kind heart will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
