She is also survived by her husband: George "Sam" Hettenhausen.
Two Daughters:
Hailey Hettenhausen and Mark Smith, Potosi, MO
Allison East and Husband Collin, Potosi, MO
One Brother:
David Supak and Sharon, Houston, TX
