Dr. Vicente "Vic" Kwan, age 86, of Potosi, MO, passed away Thursday, September 24, 2026. Vic was born January 22, 1940, a son to the late Wing Coy Kwan and the late Chick Won (Wong) Kwan.

Vic is survived by his daughters: Heidi Kwan Roman and Husband Eric, Natasha Kwan-Roloff and Husband Richard, sister, Luz Kwan, of Corrales, NM; grandchildren Henry, Esther (Eric), Noelle, Dino and Blaise; great grandchild, Quentin; brother-in-law, John Sutt er; companion, Mary Leezy, in addition to many nieces, nephew's other relatives and friends.

In addition to his parents, Vic was preceded in death by his sister, Thelma Sutter and brother, Philip Kwan.

Arrangements are being handled by Moore Funeral Homes, Potosi, MO. A Graveside Service will be at Steelville City Cemetery at 4:30 PM, Saturday, October 3, 2026. Interment will be at Steelville City Cemetery, Steelville, MO.
