Donnie Lee Davis, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away on March 13, 2024. Donnie was born on August 29, 1951, in Des Arc, Missouri. Throughout his life, Donnie was known for his hard work ethic and his selfless nature, always prioritizing the needs of others.

Donnie found joy in spending time with his grandchildren, going on fishing trips, hunting, and cherishing moments with his family. His kind and loving personality touched the lives of all who knew him.

In his passing, Donnie is reunited with his parents, Alice (Eldridge) Davis and Leeman Davis. He is also preceded in death by his brothers Arthur, Leslie, John, Bobby, Kenny and Vernon Davis, and sisters, Imogene Davis, Norma Rulo, Christine Robinson, Evelyn Greenlee, and Deborah Arnold.

Donnie leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness in the hearts of those he held dear. He is survived by his devoted wife of 51 years, Barbara Davis; daughters Dawn Young of Potosi and Sheila Sappington (husband Danny); son Christopher Davis; brother Bill Davis (wife Patricia);  half-brothers, Leeman and Matt Davis; grandchildren Lauren, Tristin, Brayden, Brendan, Graceland; and great-grandchildren Caysen, Kaislee, Chance, Kailie.

Donnie will be deeply missed but forever remembered for his unconditional love and generosity towards others.
