Lola Vagene Brewer (Barton)

Lola Vagene Brewer of Cedar Hill, Missouri was born November 16, 1932 in Belleview, Missouri, a daughter to the late Clarence Oscar Barton and Lora Ethel (Fryman) Barton. Lola departed this life Monday, February 21, 2022 having reached the age of 89 years, 3 months and 5 days.
On July 21, 1951, Lola was united in marriage to the late Raymond Brewer and together they were blessed with 45 years. Raymond preceded Lola in death on September 18, 1997.
Lola is survived by her son, Gregory Brewer and husband Steven Hasvold, Kansas City, Kansas; daughters Sheba Akers and husband John of House Springs, Missouri, Shelia Moore of Eureka, Missouri, Valerie Russell and husband Randahl of High Ridge, Missouri; grandchildren, Darla Blecha, Jeremy Akers, John Moore, Jr., Randahl Russel; 6 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild and many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In addition to her parents and loving husband Raymond, Lola was preceded in death by her brothers, Glen, Elza, Paul, Elwood, Berlin and Huey Barton; sister, Maurine Dinger and grandson, Johnnie Ray Akers.
Lola put all her faith and trust in her savior, Jesus. She attended church every Sunday and being alone with Jesus was her favorite time. She kept those she loved in her thoughts and prayers. Her family was precious to her. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She will be deeply missed by all the lives she touched.
